Antique Oak Refectory Table
A wonderful antique oak refectory trestle table. This 19th century Victorian oak farmhouse kitchen dining serving hall side table seats eight people comfortably. It has a solid oak three plank top and is raised on a stretcher linked trestle base secured with tapered oak pegs. This is the more desirable model where the ends are inset by 14” which allows easy storage of a chair at the end and the top has no frieze so your knees don’t catch on the underside of the table. A great and useful addition to your home this piece of furniture is in excellent condition and has been traditionally wax polished to a rich oak colour and is ready to place in your home. Circa 1890. Measures 70”w x 30”d x 30”h.
